Rania's Catering is looking for help!

Kicking off the first big stretch of our 2026 season, and it’s a busy one. Guest counts have grown from when these were originally booked, and we’ve got multiple double wedding weekends in May, so I’m going to need a lot of help across the board.

Here’s what we’re looking at:

May 2
• Museum Lab (around 100 guests)
• The Pennsylvanian (around 220 guests)

May 23
• The Pennsylvanian (around 250 guests)
• Pittsburgh Botanic Garden (around 200 guests)

May 30
• The Pennsylvanian (around 300 guests)
• Private Estate (around 200 guests)

Consider this the initial ask. Once I see who’s available (and who’s not), I’ll build out teams and place everyone where we need them most. I know some of you have preferences, so feel free to share that as well.

If you can work any of these dates, please let me know. If you can’t, please let me know that too. I just need clear answers so I can begin to plan and then beg.

For timing, I’ll need availability for the May 2 date by April 16, and then for May 23 and May 30, if you can let me know by May 7. I know that’s a little earlier than ideal, but it helps me start locking things in and filling in any gaps.

If you’ve got a friend, sister, brother, cousin, neighbor, coworker, or even someone who used to work with us and wants to jump back in, send them my way. If they’re looking to make a little extra money, I’m here for it.

Thank you all, I appreciate it. Excited to get back into the craziness of this season and all the ways people celebrate. Should be a good run… crazy, but good.

Please email or call us if you are interested.
